THE NARRATIVE EPISODES (Click here to listen and subscribe)
Addressing Gettysburg's NARRATIVE EPISODES are large-scale productions designed to bring the story of the Gettysburg Campaign to you in an engaging and dramatic way. We believe that too many people think that "history is boring" because it was taught to them in boring ways, perhaps by boring people. This isn't meant to be a slight against anyone, just a dose of honesty. But history is NOT boring. We aim to prove the "history is boring" crowd wrong by focusing on the the humanity of war: the human emotions and, most of all, the human toll. These narrative episodes, so far, take about 6 months to produce. You can help speed this process along by supporting the show at www.patreon.com/addressinggettysburg or doing your normal Amazon shopping by clicking the banner on our home page first every time.
ASK A GETTYSBURG GUIDE (Click here to listen and subscribe)
The unique thing about visiting Gettysburg is the Licensed Battlefield Guide force. They're a tradition and instution here. As far as Addressing Gettysburg is concerned, if you don't do a battlefield tour with a guide at least 75% of the times you come here, you're missing out. To help expand your knowledge as you wait for the narrative episodes to come out, we began producing our Ask A Gettysburg Guide shows and listeners are loving them! If you have a question that you've always wanted an answer to but never knew who to ask, your search is over. Send the question to matt@addressinggettysburg.com and we will get it on the next show where your question fits. These free shows are also made possible by our Patrons over at www.patreon.com/addressinggettysburg
PATREON EPISODES (Click here to become a Patron)
We appreciate the financial support that our patrons give us. And, so, in return, we provide them with microhistories and interviews with authors like Dr. Peter S. Carmichael and Cory M. Pfarr, GNMP rangers, LBGs, public historians, hosts of other history podcasts and just about anyone who can speak on a subject related to Gettysburg. Notice we said "Gettysburg" and not "the battle of Gettysburg. That's because Addressing Gettysburg is not simply a battle of Gettysburg podcast, but, rather, a podcast about all of the history of the world's most famous American small town. Patrons get to learn about these things. There are two tiers of patronage. The $5 "Sergeant-Major" tier which gets you two episodes a month, and the $15 "Second-Lieutenant" tier which gives you access to everything we put out each month.

NPS WINTER LECTURE SERIES (Click here to listen and subscribe)
This year, the National Park Service did not videotape the Winter Lectures for Youtube. Addressing Gettysburg stepped up and has recorded every lecture given in the 2020 and will continue to record the Campfire Chats for the remainder of the year. These uploads are available for free and made possible by the generous donations of our Patrons at Patreon.
FUTURE GOALS
As we grow in Patrons and sponsors, we intend to move into video production. The ideas discussed thus far are short documentaries about various actions from the battle of Gettysburg, biographies of participants in the battle and more. We also plan to produce a live video show, twice a month, which covers what is going on in the town of Gettysburg today.
